Shocking! Chiness Woman sets Lagos Hotel Ablaze

The Lagos State Police Command on Wednesday said it arrested a Chinese woman, Zhen Zhen, for allegedly setting ablaze a hotel in the State.

The command’s spokesperson, SP Dolapo Badmos, confirmed this to the News Agency of Nigeria.


Badmos said on July 5 at about 8pm, the suspect lodged with her boyfriend, Jian Feng, at Ernest Hotel at 28, Bamishile Street, off Allen Avenue, Ikeja, Lagos.

She added: “The suspect allegedly set ablaze some parts of Ernest Hotel while using hard substance in her room.”

Badmos said property, valued at about N24 million, were reported to have been destroyed in the fire.

TVC Presenter, Wale Fakile arrested for allegedly assaulting his girlfriend

Wale Fakile, a presenter and producer with TV Continental (TVC) has reportedly been arrested for assaulting his girlfriend. Wale 'Richboy' Fakile allegedly beat her so much he left bruises on her. Activist/Co-ordinator of Walk against Rape campaign, Esther Ijewere-Kalejaiye shared the message and pictures which she received from the girl who was seeking for justice. The message read, "Dnt publish my name pls, am pass Mandy, my supposed boyfriend that works with TVC beat me yesterday to stupor with bruises all over and he said there is nothing I can do about it bcos he is rich and works with TVC and am poor."
