The All Progressives Congress APC has formally reacted to reports alleging that the Senate is contemplating to initiate impeachment proceedings against President Muhammadu Buhari, describing the purported move as ‘a huge joke taken too far’. 

The Lagos State chapter of the All Progressives Congress, APC, says Senator Dino Melaye needs psychiatric examination over his threat to beat up Senator Oluremi Tinubu, representing Lagos Central.

The Federal High Court siting in Ikoyi has directed the immediate reversal of the 45 percent increase in electricity tariff by the Nigerian Electricity Regulatory Commission, NERC.

The House of Representatives has today declared its stand against the plan to increase electricity tariff in the country by 100 percent.
