This is for Land with building approved plan; what this means is that you won’t need to pay anyone your building plan, survey or pay for approval to any Government.

 2.    EMPOWERMENT PLOTS (450sqm):- This is specially made for low income people who wish to owned land. One great thing about this category is you can pay within 24 months. Price is #550,000 while documentation fee is #100,000. Total: 650,000
